Log in using the email address used during registration. If you are unsure, use the password reset option first.

The additional amount shown at checkout reflects payment processing and platform fees set by TeamLinkt and is itemized separately at checkout. The program fee itself is set by ELEV8. Any applicable taxes and checkout fees will appear before you complete your payment.

Some programs may offer payment plans or alternate payment options. If available, those options will appear during checkout.

In some cases, account credits can be applied to a new registration.

Please contact info@elev8lacrosse.com before registering, or as soon as possible after registration, so we can review your account.

You should receive a confirmation email and see the registration in your TeamLinkt account.

If you do not see either, check your junk folder or contact info@elev8lacrosse.com.

If your registration shows as waitlisted, your student-athlete is not yet confirmed in the program.

This may mean the program is full, under review, or pending roster decisions. We will contact you if a spot becomes available or your student-athlete is approved.

Log in to your TeamLinkt account and look for any pending registration tasks or waivers connected to your student-athlete’s profile.

If you cannot find the waiver, contact info@elev8lacrosse.com.

Most account and profile details can be updated in TeamLinkt.

If you need to correct registration details after checkout, contact info@elev8lacrosse.com.

Yes. Families can usually manage multiple student-athletes under one account.

Be sure to select the correct student-athlete during checkout.

Program details are shared in your confirmation email and may also appear in your TeamLinkt account.

Additional details are often sent closer to the program start date.

If you have questions, please email info@elev8lacrosse.com.

You may receive emails from both. TeamLinkt sends system-generated messages, and ELEV8 may send program-specific updates.

Please check your junk folder and safe list for both senders.

Once your student-athlete has been assigned to the correct team or group, it will appear in your TeamLinkt account or app. 

A Pending Team usually means your student-athlete has not yet been added to a team or group, or the team has not yet been activated.

If it does not appear, contact info@elev8lacrosse.com.

Program transfers may be possible depending on timing, availability, and the product.

Please contact info@elev8lacrosse.com before registering for a second program.

Refunds are based on the ELEV8 refund policy for that program, not the platform itself.

Please review the refund policy on the registration page and contact info@elev8lacrosse.com with any questions.

This is usually caused by an incorrect email address, junk or spam filtering, or unsubscribing from automated emails.

Please check your spam folder and confirm the email address on your account. If needed, contact info@elev8lacrosse.com.

Try clearing your browsing history, cache, and cookies. Then close your browser, reopen it, and log back in.

If you are using the TeamLinkt app, you can also clear the app cache from your profile.

If the issue continues, contact info@elev8lacrosse.com.

Schedule details are available in the TeamLinkt app once your student-athlete has been added to the correct team or group and the team or group has been activated. 

Families will receive an email once the final schedule has been finalized and activated.

Pending Team usually means your student-athlete has not yet been added to a team or group, or the team has not yet been activated.

Once your student-athlete has been added and the schedule is active, you will be able to view everything in the app.
